Awakening Women's Sexuality Online Sessions
This is an online gathering (max. 6 women) to practice embodiment through a variety of exercises and process work. We meet once a month to explore the theme of sexuality via sharings, meditations and exercises. The idea is to help you to be in your body and become aware of what is happening for you. What are the feelings, sensations and thoughts you are experiencing in relation to your sexuality. What are your beliefs? What are the issues? Would you like to be more connected to your sensual and sexual force?
I will introduce you to especific practices that will give you more clarity as to where you are and help you to be present to your sense of self and sexuality.
It takes place on the last Monday (7-9:30pm) of each month.
Fee is £25
